Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the difference between the part-time (PT) mode of study and the Open Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFeL) mode of study?

Answer: The part-time mode typically involves face-to-face lectures on weekends or evenings, while the ODFeL mode allows students to study online, offering greater flexibility. ODFeL focuses more on remote learning, so you won’t need to attend regular on-campus lectures.

2. How does the ODFeL mode work? Is it fully online or a combination of online and physical attendance?

Answer: The ODFeL program is a blended learning. Online learning is 70%, using a learning management system (LMS) where you can access course materials, participate in discussions, and submit assignments. The remaining 30% is face-to-face (physical presence) for specific assessments, practicals, and examinations.

3. What programmes are offered under the ODFeL mode?

Answer: The courses offered under ODFeL presently are:

  1. Accountancy
